I also have extensive experience in both front of the house and back of the house positions from fine dining establishments in Rhode Island and the Back Bay Area. Many former clients have afforded the luxury of me to attend classes at several prestigious schools around the world. I have already gained extensive experience in the total care of several families culinary/nutritional needs in various regions of the world as a private chef. I have expertly handled the planning of events and holidays ranging all the way up to provisioning and cooking for $150K/week mega-yacht charters. With years of experience in all sorts of cuisine ranging from macrobiotic, South Beach, French Bistro, Asian Fusion, only organic, and vegan/vegetarian, I am fully qualified to provide guidance and answer any questions your guests may inquire about your menu or style of cuisine.
