About the hair...
 
Our Europen LUX hair extensions (the hair being sold in this listing) are 100% Remy European human hair and  are intended for 4 to 16 months of wear. If you are interested in a more long term, professional extension option,  the European LUX brand is the perfect choice. We HIGHLY recommend the European LUX brand for salon clients. Compare to Great Lengths, Cindarella hair, SoCap, and Dream Catcher
 
European LUX hair is sold as Single Drawn and Double Drawn on out site. Single drawn is pre-cut and the percentage of length per piece is 70/30. Only 70% of each piece is the length you are purchasing. Double Drawn is not pre-cut and the percentage of length per piece is 90/10. 90% of each strand is the length you are purchasing and the other 10% is layered into various lengths up the strand.
Hair can be blow dried, curled, and straightended. If needed, the hair can also be darkened. We do not recommend lightening the hair as this will dry out the hair.
We recommend that the hair be professionally installed. If you install the extensions yourself you do so at your own risk.
The glue used on our European LUX hair is Italian Keratin Glue. Italian Keratin Glue is very durable and can hold through root touch ups and most chemical processes.

In stock shipments are sent out daily by 3:45PM CST. In most cases your order will be sent out the following day after order is placed. If your order will need to be custom made or ordered you will be notified of the delay via email. Delivery date cannot be guaranteed, Although every effort will be made to have your order delivered on time. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: all we can do as a company is pay for the correct shipping and attach the label. It is out of our hands after that. We recommend adding insurance to your order if you have had trouble receiving mail in the past. All of our orders are delivered by the postal service and will arrive at the time of day your regular mail arrives. We will not refund orders not received that show as delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason on hair extensions for hygienic reasons. All sales are final so we recommend ordering a color ring to be sure the colors you order are in fact the correct colors. We are committed to maintaining the trust of all of our customers by continuously providing brand new, unused, unopened, original, non-returned extensions. We do, however, accept returns/exchanges for all unused tools, glue, links and product after contacting us for proper return instructions.

All refunds issued for purchase mistakes, order cancellations before the order has been filled/shipped or any other reason will incur a $0.30 refund fee that we are charged by PayPal.
