RISE Engineering is seeking a Weatherization Insulation Installer in its Cranston, RI office. The WeatherizationInsulation Installer will be responsible for providing weatherizationimprovements to make building structures more energy efficient. Improvementswill include installing blown-in cellulose insulations, fiberglass insulation,home sealing, etc. The position is also responsible for completing installationwork on buildings including siding, roofing, sheet-rocking and carpentry. TheWeatherization Insulation Installer will work as a member of a team toefficiently and effectively complete all project duties assigned by the crewchief. Installers will be expected to ensure compliance with Industry Standards and OSHA and other safety work practices while working. EssentialDuties and Responsibilities: Installing insulation materials, air sealing, roof ventilation, etc. Apply insulation materials such as loose, blanket, board, and foam insulation to attics, crawl spaces, basements, or walls. Install and seal joints of air ducts to improve heating and cooling efficiency. Installing soffit, gable or roof ventilation openings. Installing temporary access openings to walls floors or roof using hand or power tools. Installing weather-stripping materials to doors or windows to reduce energy losses. Wrap air ducts and water lines with insulating materials, such as duct wrap and pipe insulation. Clean and maintain tools and equipment
