Van Northeast Regional Fleet Truck Driver Job - Gold Zone Pay As a Van Northeast Regional Fleet driver, you’ll haul largely no-touch freight in a specific geographic location to many of the same customers, and you’ll get home weekly (often on the weekends). You’ll be on the Your Choice Pay Plan ™ so you can earn a pay increase each quarter up to our top rate. Plus you'll earn additional mileage pay when you operate in the Gold Zone (about 50% of your miles will be in the Gold Zone). The Van Northeast Regional Fleet operates in fourteen states: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio. The Gold Zone Earn four cents more per mile when you drive through the states of New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The Gold Zone also includes portions of other states such as New York (the southeast section to include the cities of Utica and Albany), Pennsylvania (east of I-81), Vermont (South of Highway 9), New Hampshire (south of Manchester), and Maryland (northern portion, including Baltimore).
