Responsible for performing data entry duties and producing accurate invoices in an efficient and timely manner. Complete other administration duties of the administration department by performing the following duties: Enter appropriate job order information to produce an accurate invoice from job order and quote. Generates and proofreads job order for accuracy and correct discrepancies. Resolves and/or reports problems encountered immediately, including unreadable data, unacceptable data, and any other problems to the appropriate individual. Enter account payment information and adjustments into computer on a daily basis. Meeting daily quota of orders on a daily basics Recording of metrics on a daily basics Receive and resolve customer account problems and discrepancies. Produces reports, including daily sales and back log reports. Utilizes software capabilities and revises data entry procedures as appropriate. Flexes/back up for other roles when and where needed within the company:electronically filling job package. Including sales and clerical duties; ie photocopying, typing, faxing, and Receives and responds to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner. Provides assistance to other departments when and where as needed. Flexible with occasional time shifts for coverage within company. Performs other related duties as assigned by manager.
