Responsibilities
RBS Citizens is a seekingFlexible Working Managerto join our team in either of our Cranston, RI or Stamford, CT offices, (Cranston is preferred).
The Choice program is a Group-wide initiative that seeks to drive forward the cultural change required to move flexible working into how we do business. This is a specialist role to manage, through defined project phases, the key flexible working cultural change projects including Choice Pathfinder groups and Business aligned BAU projects.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Act as a Choice Program ambassador within Corporate Service, the wider RBS Choice team and other critical Corporate Services Stakeholders on flexible working concepts and its application.
* Assume a leadership role where appropriate to direct the activities defined within the Pathfinder project work streams.
* Be responsible for the effective management of the Choice Program supply chain through the project lifecycle.
* To act as the Choice program liaison with all supporting functions including, Property Services, Technology, HR and suppliers and business units.
* Be responsible for the phase implementation approach to include space utilization studies, business needs interview, online survey, development of proposals/specific business program and delivery of the standard Change management activities for multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* Experience in leading and managing broad internal and external support teams
* Strong Project Management experience and skills to include reporting and tracking capabilities
* Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
* Ability to maintain individual Project tracking along with all required Corporate Services Change Framework documentation and reporting monitoring overall Choice Program progress.
* Strong communications skills both written and verbal along with the ability to communicate at all levels of the company.
* Must be able to drive results and manage detailed project delivery process
Desired Skills:
* Ability to mobilize and gain advocacy from key stakeholders for Choice Program.
* Capacity to be self directed and proactive.
* Ability to develop and maintain productive internal and external liaison relationships.
Education and Certifications:
* Bachelor Degree Required
* PMP / Project Management Certification preferred
