ResponsibilitiesThe Head of Strategic Planning will be responsible for strategic business relationships, the development of business requirements, development of strategies and business cases and the programme management of strategic initiatives. The chosen individual must be able to accomplish effective negotiation, conflict resolution and problem solving in an environment with competing interests and resource needs while effectively integrating property strategies and delivering across the Group.Areas of focus include (but are not limited to):* RELATIONSHIPS: Developing and maintaining valuable strategic relationships at a senior and executive level in order to effectively deliver on and ensure alignment of property strategies. * STRATEGY:In conjunction with the rest of the Property, developing strategies for the bank’s Property Portfolio. Execution of these strategic plans is through consistent leadership of cross functional strategic initiatives. * SPACE PLANNING: Designing and delivering a robust space planning, test fit and operational delivery of a corporate real estate space planning function. * PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Overseeing program management and prioritization of all property strategic initiatives.
