Description
Provide office support functions for field sales offices. Functions may include one or more of the following functions :
* data entry and invoicing of health and safety classes,
* customer data maintenance for routine changes coming from Service Sale Representatives,
* set up and invoicing of AEDs
* entering of accounts payable
* adding and removing AR alerts
* generating past due invoices
* new customer entry
* order confirmation invoicing and customer service call handling
Qualifications
* Accurate typing and 10:key skills preferred
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite to include Word and Excel
* Experience with data entry required
* Experience with Outlook preferred
* Experience with proofreading/editing documents preferred
* Experience answering phones and transferring calls in a business environment preferred
