ResponsibilitiesUnder general supervision process customer claims which range from customer calls to resolving customer disputes. Ensures department SLA’s are met within risk and compliance quality control standards. Comply with Bank’s code of ethics and all Federal State and Local laws. Follow proper security procedures and adhere to bank policies.Will perform repetitive daily production activities and process related clerical work. Will be responsible for researching routine customer, brand, or bank inquiries as appropriate; determining the source of problems and work to resolve them accurately and within quality control and service level agreement requirements. May assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.May require multi-tasking and cross training within the department. Must possess ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
