Purpose
Duties include preparation of Process Challenge Devices (PCDs), for use in Boston Scientific Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilization activities. Support of sterilization operations site to include placement of removal of test samples and sensors. Support of other Operations related tasks to support the business.
Responsibilities
: Participates in the manufacture of Process Challenge Devices, using quality and time management skills to assure a constant supply to support production in Coventry and other contract sterilization facilities.
: Participates in the placement and retrieval of product samples and sensors within qualification environment.
: Participates in the process validation activities associated with a Medical Device Sterilization Facility.
: Follows written procedures and is empowered to make recommendations for updating of procedures.
: Maintains and advances technical skills, knowledge and abilities by assigned training.
: Works in a safe manner and considers safety in all aspects of job.
Qualifications
: GED or HS Diploma required
: Shipping and receiving experience; in addition to DOT hazardous shipping
experience required
: TMS experience
: Forklift certified
: Scheduling inbound and outbound shipments to Coventry/Quincy
