Real Estate Paralegal An established real estate practice is in need of independent, self starting, real estate paralegal to join their team. Candidate must have extensive experience handling pre/post closing documentation, as well as, all paralegal services pertaining to residential transactions. In this position the paralegal will monitor documents from start to final settlement statement. This will include completing title insurance forms, finalizing payments and dispersing funds. As the office is extremely busy there is little time to train so a candidate truely must know all the nuts and bolts of the business. Desired Skills & Experience A Bachelor''s or Associate degree is preferred 2-5 years experience preparing all documentation and communication for residential loan closings Background that includes completing all Title information Proficient in MS Office Outstanding oral and written communication skills
