Prepare and review real estate documents in accordance with state guidelines
Assist with all aspects of a real estate closing
Ensure all incoming emails and communication are answered/responded to within maximum established timelines
Complete daily tasks in a timely manner
Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with current and new clients
Correct and/or communicate inaccuracies quickly with clients and operations teams
