The firm is hiring for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing team. This need is immediate, and this is a direct hire opportunity.Real estate paralegal with a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in a law firm handling commercial real estate matters. The candidates should have a deep experience reviewing and analyzing title and surveys, and intensive assistance with commercial closings. Paralegals having equivalent experience, but from within a title company, will also be considered. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting in the preparation of real estate loan, purchase, sale, loan servicing and related documents; Preparing for and supporting real estate related closings including obtaining required documents, preparing documents to be executed and confirming contents of appropriate closing checklists; Interfacing with firm clients and other outside entities regarding assigned matters. EXPERIENCE Experience preparing HUD documents; Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Commercial leasing procedures; Demonstrated knowledge and experience with full title work-ups. REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of both residential and commercial closing process; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
