I am an experienced land lord that has been managing my own property and helping relatives manage theirs going on 10 years. I am now offering management of other peoples properties.
-Renting/Leasing/Screening- I will advertise and show rental units. I will use background, reference, criminal and credit checks to weed out bad tenants. I charge a flat rate for this, much less than typical brokers.
-Rent Collection/Accounting- I can collect rent from all tenants and ensure they are paying in full and on time. I will provide income and expense accounting.
-I do most of my own repairs when possible, and utilize licensed contractors when needed or required. I am a registered and insured contractor, and personally know other contractors that will charge far less than average contractors and still provide quality work.
All my rates are competitive, and in most cases far less than typically charged. I am a licensed RI Real Estate Broker. I achieved this license strictly to work in property management; I am not doing this as side work. You and your property will receive my full time and attention, any time. I am honest and everything I do is transparent for you to see.
