Residential Property Manager in Providence, Rhode Island For Sale

We are seeking a qualified, motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential apartment community in Rhode Island. This is a proactive position with a focus on upgrading clientele and operations. This candidate should be experienced in the areas of marketing, leasing and staff supervision with an emphasis on tenant relations and retention. Responsible for overall care and maintenance of the property. Experience with subsidized programs a plus. This position reports to the Regional Property manager. Position responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Strategize, develop and implement marketing plan to reach target markets and ensure maximum occupancy. - Update, organize and maintain all resident and maintenance files. - Enforce rent collection policy. - Update, organize and maintain various daily, weekly and quarterly reports. - Review and process all rental applications. - Supervise and direct all site personnel and contractors. - Implementation of Capital Improvements. Qualified candidates must have demonstrated residential property management experience. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to adapt to a fast paced environment, multi-task and work independently with attention to detail.
