Company Description: We are a full service recruiting firm Job Description:  We are looking for a Sales Manager  in Las Vegas for a VERY Strong player in the space.  My Client is a global leader in cloud infrastructure and hosted IT solutions for enterprise customers. The SM must be able to manage a team of 6-8 sales reps, understand the strategic selling of Cloud, data, colo/hosting, LAN/WAN, and all aspects of solution selling.  Must be able to drive activity levels and performance of mid-level telecom professionals.   Leadership skills are key, ability to manage day-to-day operations support issues, recruit/select/ and train the members of your team.  Positive energy and approach to selling and managing is key.   Salary range: $95,000-$105,000 with OTE $155,000++
