I am about to graduate from Providence and leaving my spot in a double bedroom. The condo was remodeled last year so it is not the typical Providence trash with the pee stations all over the bathroom and messed up doors. There are 3 other male roommates who are all very handsome and quite smart. It is a "cozy" place or small if you want to be a pessimist, but it has a huge backyard and it is really clean and nice inside. If you are interested in checking the bedroom, write me a message. The roommates are very typical Providence College students, they like to have fun on the weekends and they rarely attend class. They have no criminal records that I know of and they are not creepy in any way. They are pretty good guys and I have lived with them for years, so if you are interested you should come by and meet my roommates. I forgot to mention, the guy I share a bedroom with has a gf that lives in downtown, so I have a single about 1/2 the time.
