We currently have 5 people (3 guys and 2 girls) and want you to be the 6th in our duplex in Kingston near Rhode Island, for the 2[login-to-view] school year. We are on the 2nd floor, but we also know the people who will be living below, so we will have some fun. There is really no set preference for what kind of person you are, just as long as you are a responsible person. Also, you will share a room with another Rhode Island guy. Here are some details:
Move-in mid July and move-out next July (xxxx), we have three bedrooms and 2 baths in the duplex, there are 2 people per bedroom, we are only one street away from the beach, there are 4 mini-fridges and 1 large fridge in the duplex, and there is a computer desk provided in each room.
