Searching for roommate for condo in Providence, Rhode Island For Sale

I am seeking a roommate for Mar xxxx. It is a three bedroom, 2 bath condo unit in Providence, RI, complete with its own balcony. :) It is under construction right now so everything will be brand new. The rent is $660 per person(including water, gas, electricity, trash), but we have to pay for internet and DIRECTV which we will divide among the condo. It's a very nice place, and the building has its own laundry and parking spaces(but you have to pay extra for parking), not to mention incredible views. Email me for further info.
