Space in double room starting Feb 1 in Providence, Rhode Island For Sale

I am graduating from RIC and leaving my spot in a double room. The apartment was completely redone this past year so it is not the typical RIC garbage with the pee stations everywhere in the bathroom and messed up doors. There are 3 other male roommates who are all very good looking and well-read. It is a "cozy" place or tiny if you want to be a pessimist, but it has a big backyard and it is really clean and pleasant inside. For those that are interested in seein the room, email me a message. The roommates are pretty typical Rhode Island College students, they enjoy a few spirits on the weekends and they rarely attend class. They have no outstanding police records that I know of and they are not creepy in any way. They are all decent guys and I have lived with them for years, so if you are interested you should come by and meet my roommates. I forgot to mention, the guy I share a room with has a gf that lives in downtown, so I have a single about 1/2 the time.
